Customer Service

Our philosophy at Healthy Beast is take responsibility for our actions. We strive to be eco-friendly to minimise the impact we have on our environment and we pride ourselves in our honest and caring service.

We promise to:

Label all our products honestly. We will list the ingredients that are contained in our products. This is not a legal requirement for animal products but we think it is important that you know what you are buying (without giving away our special recipes of course!).

Source our raw materials from ethical suppliers and wherever possible use Fairtrade and organic. We also ensure that all our essential oils, herbs and vegetable oils are purchased from sustainable sources.

Use 100% pure and natural, therapeutic grade essential oils.

Base our products on natural plant ingredients. None of our products contain sodium laurel sulphates, parabens, artificial colours, aromas or petroleum based materials.

Minimise packaging and use biodegradable or recyclable materials wherever available.
